The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (2-10) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s).
However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
We dispatch the material by both the ways (By surface & By Air) but the condition is, if the customers product is below 1kg that will be dispatch by Air & if it is more than 1kg than it will be dispatch by surface.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked post a product is selected for “Add to Bag”.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
